The global leader of domestic appliances with EUR 2.2 bn sales in 2020 looked for reliable partners that deliver high quality products, support high volumes, and have a global footprint.
All these required values it has recognized at Johnson Electric and therefore has entrusted Johnson Electric with the replacement of the existing grinder motor for its coffee machine range. Johnson Electric proposed a customized version of the HVDC DC 751(2) LSG series including worm assembly to deliver the needed performance but also fit into the existing space envelop.
The production will be started in July 2022 with a target annual volume of 3 Mio pcs/year after ramp up in the year 2026. Johnson Electric is implementing a dedicated production line for this new customized grinder motor.
This recent success consolidates Johnson Electrics’ position as the leading provider for motorization within the coffee segment.
